Lomas de Chapultepec I Sección, C.P. 11000, México, D.F., is the data controller for purposes of the processing and protection of your personal data, which is processed as strictly confidential in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects (hereinafter the “Personal Data Law”).

We use your personal data collected, for the following primary purposes: (i) to manage information of our commissioners, suppliers and contractors in order to keep updated our data bases, to integrate files, create your online profile and manage the administration and security of your personal data; (ii) to manage the business relationship with our commissioners, suppliers, and contractors,  including the purchase and/or hiring,  managing requests for purchase and/or hiring orders, as well as to manage the payment of invoices and/or receipts for fees and the retention of the corresponding taxes; (iii) to prove your identity and verify the information provided (iv) to prove the real or personal right that our suppliers have on the property commercialized with Gran Ciudad; (v) to apply contractual penalties, in case of breach of contract and to manage or, where appropriate, implement the contractual guarantees; (vi) to manage construction projects and follow up on their status and particularities; (vii) to manage the Commissioners, Suppliers and Contractors Care Service; (viii) to manage your operating history; and (ix) to address your comments, suggestions, complaints and clarifications.

Additionally, and in order provide a better service, we will use your personal data for the following secondary purposes: (i) to send, unless you request otherwise in writing, advertising communications, notices, messages,  news, invitations to events and meetings, through print, electronic, telephone and/or physical media, with advertising, promotional, commercial or marketing purposes; and (ii) to evaluate the quality of our processes through various instruments, including without limiting, satisfaction surveys and interviews of opinion.

Likewise, it should be noted that Gran Ciudad does not collect sensitive personal data.

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that such transfers are necessary and directly related to the purposes referred to in this privacy notice. Therefore, you understand, accept and acknowledge that Gran Ciudad may need to transfer your personal data within or outside the national territory to third parties in the following cases: (i) when the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into for your interest with any supplier or key company for the provision of the service, (ii) when the transfer is made between our subsidiaries, affiliates and/or our parent company, (iii) when the transfer is necessary for the fulfillment or maintenance of a legal relationship between you and Gran Ciudad and (iv) in the event of a merger or sale of all or part of the company.

In cases where the transfer of personal data to a third party is deemed to be necessary, we inform you that such third parties will assume the same obligations and responsibilities assumed by Gran Ciudad in terms of this Privacy Notice. 

We have enough security measures for the protection, confidentiality and assurance of your personal data to restrict the access to non-authorized people. Likewise, our employees,             representatives, subcontractors, consultants and/or third parties involved in any stage of processing of your personal  data will keep confidentiality with respect to these, obligation that shall continue until the end of the relationship between such persons.
